Meet the Sweet Pastures Dairy Farmers
Phil and Crystal Bayer are a husband-and-wife team passionate about bringing the sweet goodness of pasture-perfect milk to North Texas. Both were raised in the small farming town of Lindsay, TX, with deep roots in Cooke County dairy farming—each with grandparents who milked cows on these same North Texas pastures. Phil’s grandfather even drove the milk truck for the Muenster Cheese Plant, and Phil himself worked at M&S Dairy Supply during high school before earning a B.S. in Ag Mechanics from Sam Houston State. He now handles the daily maintenance, electrical, and plumbing that keep their micro-dairy running smoothly.
Crystal grew up showing and judging dairy cattle in 4H and FFA, earning top-ten honors at the National 4H Judging Contest. She interned at Borden and holds a degree in Animal Production from Tarleton State. Today, she manages the cow side—overseeing registrations, genetics, and milk quality.
Together—with our seven sons—we love providing fresh high quality milk to our North Texas Community! We enjoy working together, taking care of our customer family, and learning new things every day! Thank you for being a part of our dairy amazing journey!

Our cows graze on pasture 24/7 and live with plenty of space and sunshine.
We supplement their pasture diet with locally sourced North Texas grain and hay—but pasture will always be our foundation.
