Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 8 oz bottle of Yogurt 

Instructions

  • 1. Heat griddle to 375. Spray with nonstick cooking spray 
  • 2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a small mixing bowl 
  • 3. In a medium or large mixing bowl, combine eggs and yogurt 
  • 4. Add flour mixture into the egg mixture and whisk until blended
  • 5. Use measuring cup to pour out batter for each pancake, around ¼ cup each
  • 6. Enjoy toppings of your choice.
